You do not need everything before submitting. These are the records that make migration faster and cleaner.
Resident list
Names, phone numbers, emails, unit labels, rent, due day, deposits held, last month rent, and open balances.
Rent roll or payment ledger
Current month ledger plus any prior months you want reflected in reports or resident payment history.
Accounting records
Bank exports, accounting software exports, invoices, receipts, debt service, utilities, and expense categories.
Tenant files
Signed leases, move-in forms, emergency contacts, inspection notes, scanned packets, and insurance records.
Property settings
Shared utilities, tenant-paid utility vendors, late fee rules, application fees, screening needs, listings, and owner/landlord users.
Report priorities
Which reports matter first: rent roll, T-12, NOI, cash flow, valuation support, vendor expense, deposits, or custom reports.
